Forcing specific fonts in Firefox

As of some version of Firefox I cannot be bothered to look up, Firefox supports forcing specific fonts.

Settings -> Fonts -> Advanced -> Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of the selections above

Disabling this option forces the specified fonts to be used, which is really nice when websites can't be trusted to make good font choices.
